Since graduating from Central St. Martins, London, in 2005, Ana’s impact on the international jewellery industry has been remarkable. Having worked with Shaun Leane, the designer of catwalk pieces for Alexander McQueen, she has gone on to prove herself at the highest levels of fine jewellery creation. In 2005, Carol Woolton, jewellery editor of British Vogue nominated her as one of the key people to watch and she scooped up the coveted ‘Young Designer of the Year’ award at the 2008 UK Jewellery Awards. Ana’s work features regularly in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Vanity Fair and her private commission clients include Hollywood royalty, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
I created a brand identity and redeveloped her online portfolio prior to Ana’s international showcase in Qatar. The new branding is carried seamlessly throughout her site and printed material. I also art-directed the photography and full-screen imagery, featuring pieces from her three collections as well as recent bespoke commissions.
“In a world of mass production and poor service, I was amazed by the professionalism, personal due diligence and attention to detail I experienced with Mark. He took complete control of the entire process and ensured we worked towards and met all of my deadlines. I felt completely involved and supported throughout. The results, quite frankly, speak for themselves. I have seen a phenomenal and measurable interest in my new website and branding and an actual spike in business generated since its launch.”
